Sarah Carter

I joined EP&C as a trainee patent attorney in January 2023. I studied Biomedical Sciences and spent five years conducting research in Sweden. With a broad background in biomedical sciences and a passion for technology, I enjoy synthesizing complex information to support EP&C’s clients.

I believe that even small innovations can have a significant impact, and I am passionate about contributing to their protection with patents. I empathize with clients who are deeply invested in their innovations and, drawing on my research experience, approach them with patience and openness. It’s a collaborative process: clients focus on innovation, while I ensure their protection is well handled.

The word invention can in no time at all have a big ring to it, but smaller developments can have a big impact as well
