“An impressive piece of work the firm brought to a conclusion this year was with KAERI and its patent for tubes used in atomic energy. It had been fighting an opposition started in 2005 by French firm Framatome and was successful in oral proceedings before the EPO Board of Appeal which resulted in the confirmation of the patent.”
