This is usually done by punching with a forming plate. Marel Townsend Further Processing, designer and manufacturer of processing systems for the fish and meat industry, has developed a new portioning system with a much higher production capacity. The RevoPortioner™ is a food forming and portioning machine with a rotating drum that presses fish or meat mass into forms. This results in uniform, high-quality products of a consistent weight in large quantities. A special cleaning machine guarantees optimum hygiene in the production process. With the RevoPortioner™, Marel is the only company worldwide to offer an alternative to traditional food portioning technologies.

### COMPLETE PACKAGE OF PATENTS

EP&C has protected the innovative RevoPortioner™ with a complete package of different patents. This package was created in consultation with Marel by exchanging useful ideas during the development of the system, such as the cleaning process and the changing of the drums.
